AVIVA Health will provide NO CHARGE sports physicals on Monday, July 31st at the Yoncalla High School 8-noon and at Elkton High School 1:30-5:00! No appointments necessary - just come on by! Current sports physicals are required for all athletes grades 5-12 and are good for 2 years.
