The North Douglas/Elkton Wrestling Team will represent and compete at the STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS this Thursday and Friday. LET'S GO TEAM!
There will be a free clothing/supply give away at the Elkton Christian Church on March 14th between the hours of noon and 4, sponsored by the Everyday Needs Network. The items at hand are free to anyone who has a need of what may be available. Bring your own bag and take what you need!

OUR KIDS ARE DOING COOL THINGS!

Thank you, Mr. Groth, for organizing and executing this Agriculture Literacy Project using Perkins funding. Three hydroponic growing towers will be up and running at our grade school., one is already working well at the high school!

The towers were assembled by high school ag students with the help of our 8th grade students. They will grow lettuce and basil and will be housed in our preschool, 1st and 2nd grades and middle school science classrooms for the students to watch the seeds grow and learn more about the seed growing process.

An Agriculture Literacy Project enhances reading and agriculture understanding for students with the goal of connecting children to farming, covering topics like food, fiber, and the environment. We are grateful for the use of federal Perkins funds to sponsor this project.

Your Elkton Elks will take on the Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs this Friday night at Sutherlin High School beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Come and root on the high school basketball teams as they compete at the Skyline League District Tournament both Friday and Saturday.

CONGRATS to the high school boys wrestling team on an incredible District tournament! 7 out of 10 wrestlers placed! We have THREE DISTRICT CHAMPIONS — Jaycen, Talon, and Elijah! The team also earned a 4th place overall finish. 6 out of 10 boys have qualified for state. So proud of the hard work, great job all!
