If your student is in need of a new sports physical, Aviva Health will be at Elkton High School on August 13 from 1:30-4:30 to provide them at no charge.

Evergreen in Sutherlin will host a North County Wellness Event for FREE well child checks AND Sports Physicals for all school-aged kids! If you have insurance, it will be billed, but there will be NO out of pocket expenses for families. No insurance? No problem. This event will be held on August 14th from 3 pm to 7 pm at the Sutherlin Evergreen clinic at 249 Dakota Street.

Sports physicals are good for 2 years from the date your last one was obtained. Current sports physicals are required to be on file before participating in conditioning or practices.
